Hi tod @ s again! I show this cake I made for the father of Núria, a compilation of work .. he loves the mountains, so I made this cake mountaineer / climber ...
The cake was a vanilla cake that MSC is great for turning, chocolate ganache filling, the cover is Credipar fondant and the doll is modeled with gum paste and fondant. A pic of "mini Pere", which incidentally cost horrors that put up the mountain :-(.
The truth is that I enjoyed was this cake, after all stone, snow and rocks thought it would be better left and not add more stuff :-).
